It’s really very straightforward!  The UPS service provided at our Canada Place  store allow you to nominate either of our stores as a collection point so you do not have to worry about being home to receive your shipments. Note: UPS may also redirect your parcel to a collection point if you’re not home at the time of delivery.

You can also drop off pre-paid UPS parcels at our store, which again means you don’t have to wait at your home or place of work for a driver to collect.

We are equipped with the latest UPS technology so you can be assured your parcel will be dealt with efficiently and promptly.  The only requirement we have when collecting your parcel is that you have an official form of identification or government-issued ID.

It’s really is that simple and will save you lots of time and frustration!
